Got invited to a product launch at Salt Grill & Sky Bar 2 weeks ago.
Salt Grill & Sky Bar is on the 56th floor at ION, the highest point on Orchard Road.
The view is breathtaking.
Entree: Sashimi of kingfish, ginger, eschalot and goats feta
I'm a big lover of sashimi and this dish was awesome. The sauce is perfect, it compliments the sashimi so well without taking away the taste of the raw fish's freshness.
Main: Portuguese baby chicken, char grilled corn, charizo, chilies, olives,
In short, I would say this is grilled chicken but with a very special seasoning that I've never tasted before. The chicken is cooked to perfection, so tender and juicy.
Dessert: Chocolate Truffle
Too pretty to be eaten! And it's sinful cause the entire thing is just chocolate.
Would definitely visit the place again.
The ambiance, food and view is just absolutely perfect for fine dining.
